For this project, I was asked to quickly produce a 5 page micro-site for a commercial real estate property. Essentially an online brochure for the building, it features modal photo galleries throughout and a JQuery slider showing the location and surrounding areas. To make the coding more efficient, I used a simple PHP include structure which dynamically pulls in a shared header and footer as well as pulling in page title, and menu states based on the current page.

UnderCover Presents is a small grassroots collective that gathers musicians from every corner of the San Francisco Bay Area’s music scene to celebrate the broad influence of classic albums and influential artists. The concept is simple: bands are invited—based on their enthusiasm for the album or artist—from a range of musical genres that reflect the diverse styles and cultures that make Bay Area music unique. So far, the project has produced or co-produced 3 major shows and 2 albums and there are more in the works. For this project, I created the logo and visual identity as well as the website and WordPress CMS with blog, social media and MailChimp integration.

Avion Photo

Avion Photo is the portfolio site for photographer Tina Hosseinzadeh. The goal of this project was to create a rich canvas to display the photo galleries. This was achieved by creating a mostly black website that included some interesting texture and transparencies. This was a really fun departure from the clean, white, corporate designs I had been doing for the few years prior. The site was then moved into WordPress as a CMS, which enabled some dynamically generated features in the modularized event section as well as including maps and links to social media sites.

The Bay Area Heart Gallery

The Bay Area Heart Gallery is a stunning professional photography exhibit consisting of photographs of children and youth living in foster care in need of adoptive families and permanent lifelong relationships. The Heart Gallery also features portraits of adoptive families and their children. These families reflect the diversity of adoptive families across the Bay Area. For this project, I created CSS templates for the launch of the site in conjunction with major exhibits at the SONY Metreon and other locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (LAGLCC) is an organization of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and gay-allied businesses, professionals, and individuals. For this project, I created CSS templates for the launch of the site.

Mobileshowroom Redesign

The mobile showroom is a husband and wife team of clothing representatives who, at the time of designing this website, were living and working out of their 31 foot Fleetwood Bounder RV bringing samples of the clothing lines they represented all around the country! This was my very first web site design done with frames, tables and good ‘ole HTML.
